This seminar covers compliance with the laws governing motor vehicle sales and will cover numerous items required for compliance of the industry's rules and regulations such as salesperson licensing, advertising, repossessions, contracts, financing disclosure requirements, truth in mileage, title delivery, damage disclosure, salvage vehicles, emissions, credit application, the basic car deal, and more. A certificate will be issued to you upon successful completion of the eight hour course that you will need to submit with your dealer application to the Department of Revenue, Auto Industry Division before a dealer's license can be issued.
