The 2008 CIADA Convention was a success as there was over 300 people in attendance. The trade show featured 48 vendors offering the latest products and services for Colorado Dealers. The education series featured an "Internet Forum" hosted by Cars.com, Auto Trader and E-Bay Motors. We will have future sessions in 2009 and will notify our members on upcoming dates. Butch Moore from Leedom & Associates presented the latest in "Buy Here Pay Here" but included many of the proper elements to have a successful and profitable business. D.J. Harrington brought his "A" game and dealers had a good time with his take on "A Check Up From the Neck Up." The Awards Banquet recognized the Auctioneer of the Year Randy Lamb and Auction Person of the Year Bev Burkett from the Loveland Auto Auction. The CIADA Quality Dealer of the Year for 2008/09 is Ertle Brothers Discount Auto (Ron & Bob Ertle) from Sterling, Colorado. Congratulations to these deserving individuals in the Auto Industry.
